INCOME CLACULATOR DISCLAIMER

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

This Life Insurance Income Calculator is provided by The Pedone Agency for informational and illustrative purposes only. All figures presented represent gross income estimates based on prevailing compensation structures and average industry data. These projections do not constitute a guarantee of income or an offer of employment or contract.

Compensation Structure

Compensation estimates are calculated using an assumed average annualized premium of $1,110 per policy. Contract levels begin at 70% and may increase up to 120%, depending on individual monthly production. Commission levels are based strictly on issued and paid premium and exclude submitted but unpaid, canceled, declined, or refunded business.

Advancement in contract level requires meeting minimum production thresholds. For example, advancement from 70% to 75% requires a minimum of $10,000 in issued and paid premium during a single calendar month. All contract levels below 110% may be achieved with a one-month qualification period. For levels at or above 110%, producers must meet qualification criteria for two consecutive months.

Ongoing eligibility for advanced levels (Sales Manager and above) requires requalification in at least two non-consecutive months within each six-month period (January–June and July–December). All contract advancement is subject to compliance with the company’s placement and persistency standards, adherence to the 50% leg rule, and the qualification of direct agents (QERs).

The Pedone Agency and its affiliated partners reserve the right to modify compensation schedules, contract levels, bonus structures, or advancement criteria at any time. Any changes will be communicated via internal updates or official company channels. No advancement or compensation level is guaranteed.

Performance Requirements

Income projections assume consistent personal production aligned with the number of policies selected in the calculator. All earnings are contingent upon policy placement, approval by carriers, client persistency, and full adherence to the company’s quality and compliance guidelines.

Chargebacks & Adjustments

Policies that are lapsed, canceled, or refunded are subject to commission chargebacks. These chargebacks may reduce or eliminate earned bonuses or advancement eligibility. Compensation is finalized only after all quality control, underwriting, and carrier approval processes are completed.

Gross Income Advisory

All calculator outputs represent gross income before deductions. These figures do not reflect operating expenses such as licensing fees, marketing costs, lead generation, travel, administrative fees, or taxes. Actual net income will vary based on the agent’s business model and financial obligations.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

The Pedone Agency operates in full compliance with all applicable federal and state insurance and marketing regulations, including:

The Federal Trade Commission Act

NAIC advertising guidelines

California Business & Professions Code §17500
